What can I say? Truly brilliant staff make this the first choice in Siem Reap. The hotel, rooms, food, restaurant are excellent but above all, the friendliest, most flexible staff we have ever encountered. Please pass on our gratitude to everyone.

The staff was first class and exactly, as promised on the website. better in fact! Lovely peaceful rest house with beautiful furniture and pool. Superb friendly staff, totally eager to please. Great to use the Sofitel pool. The Luxury 5* hotel are very quiet in the low season. They’re a bit eerie. Come to the HanumanAlaya instead! Also the “wet” season is a great time to come better for temple visiting as it only rains a bit. Thank you for a great 4 days stay.

Smells good. From the Shampoo to the flowers to the food. Sitting here right now there’s even a nice smell in the breeze. It’s hard to leave great staff. extremely helpful and friendly. Can’t say enough about the tasteful décor, the ambiance and of course the pool. Then there’s the excellent location. So much better than the town. Further from the hassle and closer to the sites. Did we mention the Shampoo? I could drink it. Make sure to walk down the street for fried bananas and an ovaltine. We’ll be back.

We had a wonderful experience at HanumanAlaya. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Every morning started from a smiling, warm ‘Good morning’ home made artfully prepared breakfast and wonderful service at the pool. On the day of my birthday everybody came with a cake and sang happy birthday, which made it a real special day. I would surely come back and retain the lovely memories of this unforgettable experience.

A lovely small and peaceful hotel. It was difficult to find at the start. Yes, close to Sofitel but where is it we ask around and found this lovely hotel. It was really a pleasure to stay here. Very friendly peopleI (especially Sineth and Sina ). They can arrange everything at short notice. The food was very good. The best was after a long day biking. To have a massage. To make it short. A great place with great lovely people.

Coming to the HanumanAlaya after a hot day at the temples is like coming to paradise. We LOVED the hotel. I have already given its card to a friend of mine who will probably come and stay there. The pool is beautifully designed and landscaped and Max loved it and learnt to swim in it. A real asset in that heat. Many thanks to all involved in running such a lovely place.
